Wayne Philpott is a classmate of (and initially pest to) Maryellen Larkin.
Facts and Personality[]
Wayne is Davy's friend, but not Maryellen's for the majority of the series. He often insults, teases, and picks on Maryellen. Outside of school he is almost always wearing a propeller beanie hat. He is funny, but initially ill behaved. However, he becomes, if not a true friend of Maryellen's, less of a pain after assisting her during her bout of stage fright at her birthday party variety show. He also shows inventiveness and stands up for her when she quits the Launchmen after being insulted.
