The Stereo is an American Girl Minis accessory released in 2001 and later retired. Retail cost was $20.

Silver plastic oval stereo with yellow and red plastic accents. Non-functional clock screen that reads 01:37. Non-functional red buttons for CD player. Red antenna. White cord that plugs into platform. However, stereo can record and play music using functional "Rec" and play buttons. Records up to 60 seconds of audio. It can only save one recording. Red light comes on to play recording.
