The Practice-to-Performance Dance Set is a Truly Me doll, outfit, and accessory set released in 2024. Retail cost is $175.
The doll is packaged dressed in the sequined leotard, tutu, tights, and slippers with the flower clip attached in hair, to the side and visible through the packaging window. The other outfit components and accessories are packaged in the storage box, with all but the sneakers in plastic bags; there is an additional cardboard insert inside box to set the storage box at the top of the package.

Sequined Leotard[]
Purple knit sequined sleeveless leotard. Double-fold elastic straps and trim on top; double shoulder straps. V-line neckline. Purple, pink, and blue sequined tulle overlay fabric on top of torso and plain knit purple fabric on the lower half, divided at the waist seam. Pink logo] star printed above the bottom left leg opening. Closes in center back with velcro.

Plain Leotard[]
Pink cotton-knit tank sleeveless leotard. Single straps on shoulder. Darker pink star logo graphic printed above the bottom left leg opening. Closes in center back with velcro.
Tutu[]
Long multi-layed mesh pull-on tutu. Purple ribbon at elastic fold over waistband made of large teal rose and smaller purple flowers and attached purple satin ribbon at hem. Tutu has four layers of fabric: top layer of purple mesh tulle with purple satin ribbon, purple mesh tulle, and two layers of stiffer blue tulle with iridescent silver overlay. Center back of skirt has red star logo label.
Sequin Skirt[]
Purple sequined tutu skirt. Purple fold over elastic waistband. Three layers: purple, pink, and blue sequined tulle top layer; purple tulle, and lighter purple longer tulle layer. Center back of skirt has red star logo label.
Vest[]
Purple metallic vinyl vest. Upper yoke of vest is purple, pink, and blue sequined tulle fabric. Princess seams on front sides. Inner lining and collar underlining is solid purple lining fabric. Embroidered star logo on right lower front.
Tights[]
Light pink cotton-knit tights.
Socks[]
White cotton-knit crew socks. Two teal stripes at the top.
Slippers[]
Pink cotton knit ballet slippers. Crossed pink elastic straps over toe that come together at center back. Vinyl pink soles.
Sneakers[]
Glittery purple vinyl high-top sneakers. Teal elastic laces. White soles with textured molding. American Girl product tag molded into sole.
Panties[]
Pink cotton underwear. White elastic at waistband and leg bands.
Scrunchie[]
Pink knit scrunchie. Same fabric as plain leotard.
Flower Clip[]
Floral hair clip. Purple plastic oval flower hair clip base with attached flowers of large teal rose and smaller purple flowers. This was advertised as a clip that could be worn either in the hair or on the leotard straps.
Hair Bow[]
Purple satin knit hair bow. Top later is purple, pink, and blue sequin layer on top (same as sequined leotard). Elastic bow knot center and loop.
Dance Bag[]
Pink metallic vinyl dance duffel bag. Overall texture of diamond print simulating quilting pattern. Shoulder strap has teal green, white, and purple stripes. Purple metallic patch with Dance in all caps on front, with letters in alternating teal, white, and purple. Pink zipper with silver zipper pull with AG star logo. Red tag on one end with white American Girl star logo.

Pink oval plastic molded hair brush. Black bristles. Star logo molded on handle.
Makeup Brush[]
Teal glittery translucent makeup brush. Black plastic bristles and silver ferrule.
Compact[]
Purple round glittery translucent makeup compact. Molded hatch-line heart on the lid. Interior has pink faux shimmery blush and silver mirror sticker.
The molded design on the top is the same as the compact with Gabriela's Showtime Kit.
Storage Box[]
Pink lidded cardboard storage box. Short sides have three logo stars in purple, white, and teal with full American Girl logo. Long sides have white logo star with Dance in all caps in teal, white, and purple alternating .
