Raincoat[]
Fitted raincoat. Body of coat has sleeves for two front paws. Body has light teal fabric with stylized graphics of Washington license plates. Folded collar is purple to match hat.
Hat[]
Purple rain hat with stitching around brim. Slits for ears.
Umbrella[]
Coral and peach striped umbrella. Gray stem with blue handle and blue accents on umbrella. Strap so doll can hold it.
