Lila's Accessories are part of Lila's Collection. They were released in 2024 and retired in 2025. Retail cost was $30.

Crossbody Bag

Orange, yellow, and pink marble-print crossbody bag. Front zipper pocket with a silver zipper pull. Zipper pull has a star engraved on it. Adjustable orange strap with a light gray plastic buckle closure.

Cell Phone

Black plastic cell phone that can hold a screen.

Phone Screen

Reversible phone screen. One side has a yellow background that fades to pink. It shows multiple apps, including an American Girl star logo, a blue app with a white gymnast, a pink app with a horse silhouette, and a yellow app with a horseshoe print. The reverse side shows a lock screen with a marbled blue, purple, yellow, and pink background.

Translucent orange plastic sunglasses.

Hairstyling Bands

Thirty-two elastic hair bands in orange, pink, blue, green, and yellow.

Hair Gems

Thirty-two reusable hair gems. They come on a soft velcro strip on a white card with "Hair Gems" written in orange. Each gem has hard velcro on the back to attach to doll's hair. The set comes with gems in the following colors: four light pink, four medium pink, four dark pink, four orange, four yellow, four dark blue, four light blue, and four light green.

Booklet

Hairstyling booklet with light green background, titled Step-by-Step Hairstyles. A digital drawing of Lila is on the cover. The first page has a list of hairstyling tips, such as keeping your doll still and lightly misting their hair with water. The book has step-by-step graphic instructions to make double braids, a French braid, a classic bun, a bubble braid, double buns, a fishtail braid, and a rope braid.

Text in the book is written in French and English.
