Josefina's Winter Wear was introduced to Josefina's Collection in 1998 and later combined into Josefina's Winter Accessories in 2005. It is associated with the book Changes for Josefina. Retail cost was $10.
Socks[]
Thick black knit knee-length socks. Cream heel, toe, and ribbing.
Petticoat[]
White petticoat. White crochet lace trim at hem. Gathered to a waistband. Velcros up the back.
Pouch[]
Brown suede rectangular pouch (guadameco). Thin leather neck strap. The top of the pouch slides up the neck strap, allowing access to the internal pocket.
Letter[]
Ribbed cream letter, folded into a center square. The unfolded side addresses the letter to Felipe Romero and Maria Herrera, with internal writing a request from Andres Montoya asking for permission to marry Dolores Romero. Letter is written fully in English.
Dress Like Your Doll[]
A child-size petticoat was available for a cost of $20.
Trivia[]
- Although Josefina wears these socks with her moccasins in promotional photos, the socks are so thick that it is difficult to actually put both on a doll. However, the socks can fit snugly in her riding boots.
