Jennifer Roy is one of the two authors of the Isabel and Nicki books.
Biography[]
Jennifer and her sister Julia DeVillers are twins born May 26, 1967; Jennifer is six minutes older. The sisters are interfaith with a Jewish father[1] and have a younger sister, Amy. She loves music including Grunge and No Doubt, and when she was nine she also had a skateboard.
Roy has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the College of Saint Rose and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. Roy lives in upstate New York with husband and her son, who is autistic and homeschooled.[2]
