Short sleeve teal knit dress. Fabric has alternating blue heart pattern. Printed graphic on front of dress gives illusion of purse on left side of torso. Pink, light blue, and red striped "strap" extending from right shoulder to left torso. Faux purse graphic has notebook, pencil, lollipop, and pink heart sunglasses. Faux purse has heart decorations.
