Details of the Garden Tea Time Costume.
Light blue sleeveless dress with green and pink appliqués around neckline and left side of bodice. Teal ribbon around waist. Strips of teal ribbon are attached at waist and end near bottom of skirt. In between strips of ribbon are embroidered green vines with pink and orange flowers. Layers of orange and pink tulle at bottom of skirt.
