Samantha's Velvet Dress was introduced to Samantha's Collection in 2008 and retired the same year with her archival. Retail cost was $24.

Indigo-purple velvet long-sleeved calf length dress. Cream lace yoke and high collar. Scalloped secondary collar trimmed in indigo ribbon. Lace trim at elastic cuffs. Indigo satin waistband. Two stripes of indigo ribbon near skirt hem. Velcros up the back.

Cream lace headband. Rosette of lace and indigo velvet with three faux pearls in the center. Elastic give at back.
