The Happy Birthday Outfit is a Bitty Baby outfit released in 2021 and retired in 2023. Retail cost was $30 and increased to $32.
Dress[]
White party dress with ruffles over sleeves. Ruffles extend to back of dress and have white mesh underneath. Pink embroidery along ruffle edges. Full skirt with pink floral embroidery at hem. Pink satin ribbon at waist with a bow sewn at the front. Dress closes in back with velcro.
Shoes[]
Brown shoes with the Happy Birthday Outfit.
Soft-soled fabric shoes with a rose gold vinyl and scalloped edges. Decorative dots around edge of shoe. White elastic ankle strap with a mesh bow sewn on the front.

Pink plastic headband with bow attached to right side. White mesh around a pink satin rosette.
