Every Historical Character is given a doll, as part of the Holiday Collection. American Girl has retired a few of these dolls, however most are available.
Because Kaya doesn't celebrate a holiday, her doll is not associated with a holiday.
Some of the Best Friend Characters have dolls, though not associated with any particular book.
