Disney Princess Tiana Doll

The Disney Princess Tiana Doll is a AG x Disney doll in partnership with Disney. The doll was released in 2024. Retail cost was $125 and increased to $135.

The doll was released simultaneously with the Cinderella Doll and Ariel Doll as part of the AG X Disney line.

Doll[]

Face Mold: Claudie Mold
Skin: Dark
Hair: Dark brown, waist length, center part, curly, two pairs of curls (near temple and in front of ear)

The hair comes in an upswept ponytail.

Eyes: Med Brown

The doll has top and bottom brown eyelashes and uniquely shaped eyebrows. The skin tone is a unique dark tone.

Dress[]

Yellow and green stiff satin ankle length princess dress.

Sleeveless bodice has yellow mesh organza with overlay of yellow satin petals and green satin shimmer leaves; back of bodice has yellow mesh with green satin lower. Waistband has organza and satin water lily flower with yellow gemstone center on right side, with two embroidered flat vines trailing to skirt. Skirt has three layers: green shimmer leaf layer with three layers on left side and singel petal on right, yellow sheer organza petal layer, and stiff yellow satin base skirt. Center back velcro closure.

The overall dress design is based on Tiana's "lily pad" dress from when Tiana and Naveen are returned to human forms after marriage, and is the dress she is generally shown in in most promotional materials as a Disney Princess.

Shoes[]

Green faux-leather open toed shoes. Gold trim around shoe opening and open toe. Green inner lining. Low kitten heels with golden plastic sole.

In packaging, the shoes come in a bag to the side near the bottom.

Panties[]

Light green cotton panties.

Tiara[]

Lily flower tiara. Green plastic band with iridescent glitter. Five yellow organza petals with five yellow satin petals behind them, sandwiched between headband and .

The tiara is designed to go around the base of the up-done ponytail, rather than around the doll's head. In packaging, the tiara comes in a plastic bag to the side.

Necklace[]

Chain and bead drop choker necklace. Gold chain. Five light green clear teardrop beads; center teardrop is larger than four flanking drops, with beads spaced out evenly along chain. Beads are attached with green embroidery thread tied to chain. Heart clasp at back.

Gloves[]

Elbow length yellow stretch satin knit gloves. Plain hem.

Box Packaging[]

The doll box packaging is ombre from light pink to purple, with sparkles above the face window. There is a cartoon image of Princess Tiana on the lower left front along with an image of the doll and the Princess Tiana name logo; the American Girl logo star (on the short ends of the box) is flanked by sparkles.
