American Girl x Disney Princess Belle Collector Doll.

The Disney Princess Belle Collector Doll is an Limited Edition AG x Disney doll in partnership with Disney and Swarovski. The doll was released and retired in 2023. Retail cost was $300.

The doll was released simultaneously with the Rapunzel Collector Doll and Jasmine Collector Doll.

Doll[]

  • Face Mold: Josefina Mold
  • Skin: Light
  • Hair: Dark brown wavy hair with light brown-red highlights; center part, no bangs, waist length
The hair comes styled with a half bun on top of head and two side twists that are tied into a ponytail in back. The side twists and bun are sewn down with threads to keep the style in place.
  • Eyes: Hazel

The doll has pierced ears and top and bottom brown eyelashes. Gold glitter along top of eye. The eyelashes match those of similar Truly Me dolls; the eyebrows are unique.

Gown[]

Gold satin and sparkle-knit gown. Bodice is a sparkly knit material with a gold satin panel in the center. Gold trim separates this panel from the outer pieces, and the center panel also has a mix of clear and topaz crystals. These crystals start with smaller ones at the waist and get larger as they move up the bodice. Knit drape neckline piece goes across shoulders and has a red rose with a crystal in the center. Two matching shoulder straps. Matching ribbon at waist with clear and topaz crystals across the front. Attached satin skirt has gathered sections with ruffles; each section is held up with a red rosette with a crystal in the center. Gold foil swirl pattern along the gathers in the front. A gold satin skirt falls to the ankles, though an organza piece extends from the gathered sections and lays over the satin at the bottom. This piece has a mix of clear and topaz crystals. The dress was advertised as having more than 100 crystals. Closes in back with velcro.

Tiara[]

Golden metal tiara with a red rose in the center. It is surrounded by two large clear crystals arranged as leaves for the rose and some additional smaller crystals around those.

Earrings[]

Gold metal stud earrings with clear crystals; Swarovski describes them as crystal moonlight.

Shoes[]

Kitten heel shoes with brown soles. Gold glittery exterior with a matching elastic ankle strap. Peekhole in front of shoe. Two red rosettes in the front of each shoe with crystals in center.

Gloves[]

Two elbow-length yellow satin gloves.

Panties[]

Yellow cotton underwear.

Certificate[]

Paper certificate of authenticity that states the number of dolls produced. Features illustration of doll. Back of certificate has blurbs on Design Information and Designer Bio.

Box Packaging[]

Red box with silver sparkle decoration around the top of the box; Belle's box has a rose, Lumiere, and Mrs. Potts mixed into this pattern. Clear window on lid with "Disney Princess Belle Collector Series" written on the front next to a colored illustration of the character. Disney and American Girl logos are on the box below this along with the Swarovski logo and a notice that this is for ages 8 and up. Disney and American Girl logos on the sides of the box. Background of box is light gray with a silhouette of Beast's castle and stars around it. The back of the packaging has a light watercolor image of Belle.

Trivia[]

  • Only 4,000 individually numbered dolls were produced.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be honored.
  • The doll was exclusively available to Berry level AG Rewards members for its first day of sale. It was available to all Rewards members on the second day of sale and available to all customers starting on day three.
  • Unlike most limited edition dolls, this doll was not generally available to purchase in stores and did not have a store display. However, limited quantities of the princess dolls became available later at the Chicago, New York, and Orlando stores. The Los Angeles flagship store received a display with the princess dolls when the new store opened in September 2023, though the dolls were not available to purchase in the store.
  • Belle sold out in early November; she was the second princess doll to sell out after Rapunzel.
