The American Girl DataGirl 2 is an American Girl personal electronic device released no earlier than 1999. Retail cost was $65 and later raised to $68.

Translucent blue and metallic gray palm-sized planner with flip-top protective clamshell lid. Touchscreen display. Approximately 9" when lid was open and 5" length when closed. Touchscreen has static border icons with black-and-white LCD display.
The device had several major functions:
- Phone List
- Notepad
- Daily Planner
- Calendar
- Clock (with Alarm)
- Translator (over 9,500 words in seven languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and English)
- Website List (storage list for web URLs)
- Calculator
The device could also be synced with a PC.
Requires three button-cell batteries (CR1220), which were initially included.
