Caroline's Birthday Dress was introduced to Caroline's Collection in 2012 and retired in 2015. Although the outfit is seen on the cover of Changes for Caroline, it is primarily associated with the book Caroline's Secret Message. Retail cost was $28.

Dress

Light blue empire waist dress. White fichu is attached underneath collar. Gathers at sleeves and empire waist. Skirt has white printed pattern that replicates stitching. "Stitching" goes down front of dress and around hem.

Shoes

Two-tone blue flats. Light blue portion in center of flat with white bow attached on top. Rest of flat is darker blue with black soles and kitten heels
