Summer Dress and Straw Hat.
Addy's Summer Dress and Straw Hat (also known as Addy's Summer Dress and Hat) was introduced to Addy's Collection in 1994 and retired in 2014. It is associated with the book Addy Saves the Day. Retail cost was $22 and later increased to $28.
Dress
Red flower print short sleeved cotton dress with full skirt. Upper yoke with gathered lower bodice. White collar. Red thin waistband.
Hat
Straw boater hat with black gingham band and bow at front. Elastic band.
Broach
Broach pin of berries and leaves on a gold pin. This was removed in 2008 and the berry cluster is now sewn to the dress.
